In Gazipur, the peak jackfruit season brings an abundance of the fruit, yet much of it goes to waste due to inadequate storage and processing facilities. Entrepreneur Abdus Sattar Bhuiyan has launched an initiative to turn this waste into a profitable venture by producing nutritious and tasty jackfruit biscuits.

The biscuits, made without artificial flavouring or harmful chemicals, have garnered significant interest from consumers. Bhuiyan's factory, Momtahina Food and Oil Mills, processes fresh jackfruit pulp with ghee, butter, high-quality milk, flour, and other ingredients to create the delicious treats.
