State Minister Khyom Announces Strengthening of Healthcare Services in Rajbari

State Minister for Cultural Affairs and Rajbari-1 lawmaker Ali Newaz Mahmood Khyom highlighted the need for improved healthcare services in Rajbari district.

State Minister for Cultural Affairs and Rajbari-1 lawmaker Ali Newaz Mahmood Khyom today emphasized improving healthcare services in Rajbari district. He announced that initiatives will be taken to strengthen medical facilities at the union level across Rajbari.

Khyom made these remarks while addressing a meeting of the Rajbari District Development Coordination Committee at the Deputy Commissioner's Office. Deputy Commissioner Afroza Parvin chaired the meeting.

The meeting discussed various aspects of district development, including infrastructure, healthcare services, education, waste management, dengue prevention, and the overall development of char areas. The state minister stressed the need for effective measures to ensure the overall development of the district's two char areas, particularly improving primary education.

Khyom also urged the relevant authorities to take necessary steps to address the district's existing problems. He called for coordinated efforts to improve and widen roads in the district town, install electric decorative lighting on road dividers, and repair damaged roads with tiles in the municipal area on a priority basis.

Rajbari Zila Parishad Administrator Abdus Salam, Superintendent of Police Mohammad Manjur Morshed, Civil Surgeon Dr SM Masud, Deputy Director of Rajbari Sadar Hospital Dr Mohammad Hannan Sheikh, and officials from different government departments attended the meeting.
