This year, the Jashore Education Board recorded a 66.27% pass rate in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations, a slight decline from the previous year. A total of 88,097 students out of 132,940 passed the exams, and 11,478 students achieved a GPA-5. Notably, the number of institutions reporting zero passes rose to 11 from just two last year.

Jashore Education Board Secretary Prof Abdul Matin attributed the decline to students' shortcomings in English and mathematics, though he emphasized that the overall result was satisfactory. Action plans are in place to investigate institutions with zero pass rates, with potential departmental actions based on findings.
