AKM Samiul Haque, a 27-year-old member of the 17th batch of the Bangladesh Judicial Service, was traveling from Dhaka to Jamalpur in a private car when it collided with a truck near Lahirikanda Bazaar in Jamalpur Sadar Upazila. The accident occurred around 4 am, resulting in his untimely demise.
Samiul joined the Bangladesh Judicial Service in December 2025 and was serving as a civil judge at the Jamalpur District Judge Court. His colleagues and superiors remember him as a promising and talented young judge.
