Investigators in Bangkok are preparing to charge the owner of a popular bar with six offenses, including negligence, in connection with a fire last month that claimed 37 lives. The owner of the Rong Beer Na Lad Phrao bar, Suvicha Salaibatr, has been hospitalized since the incident and has yet to be formally charged by authorities.
