The recipe includes ingredients such as lacha shemai, ghee, milk powder, sugar, condensed milk, cardamom, cinnamon, cornflour, custard powder, and cream. The preparation involves frying the shemai and preparing a custard mixture, which is then layered and chilled before serving.
Ingredients and Preparation
The recipe calls for 400 grams of lacha shemai. Fry the shemai in ghee with milk powder and sugar until golden. Separately, heat a mixture of milk, condensed milk, remaining milk powder, cardamom, cinnamon, cornflour, and custard powder until thickened. Add cream and cool. Layer the fried shemai with the custard mixture in a serving dish, garnish with chopped nuts, and chill for 2 hours before serving.
