The dish includes kofta made from chana, boiled potato, besan, green chili, ginger, salt, sugar, raisins/cashews, and oil for frying. The gravy includes onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, sugar, and oil.
Kofta Ingredients
Chana 250 grams, boiled potato 1, besan 1-2 tablespoons, green chili 1, ginger 1/2 teaspoon, salt to taste, sugar a pinch, raisins/cashews a few, and oil for frying.
Gravy Ingredients
Onion paste 2 tablespoons, ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon, tomato paste 2 tablespoons, turmeric 1/2 teaspoon, chili powder 1/2 teaspoon, cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon, garam masala 1/2 teaspoon, salt, sugar, and oil as needed.
