In a significant move to ensure safe healthcare, the Seba Clinic and Digital Diagnostic Center in Godagari Upazila was shut down by a mobile court on August 12, 2026. The operation was a response to specific complaints of irregularities at the clinic, which is located near the Kakanhat Police Outpost. Under the direction of the Ministry of Health and the Rajshahi District Administration, the mobile court, led by Senior Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Abhijit Sarkar, inspected the clinic and reviewed necessary documents.

The operation was a collaborative effort involving Deputy Civil Surgeon Dr. Anwarul Islam, representatives from the local Upazila Health Complex, and other concerned officials. The decision to seal off the clinic was made after thorough scrutiny of its activities and documents. The main gate of the clinic was sealed in the presence of these officials, marking a decisive step by the administration against irregular healthcare practices.

Godagari Upazila, a part of Rajshahi District, has seen several such operations in recent times. The administration is committed to maintaining healthcare standards and ensuring the safety and well-being of the public. According to the officials, this drive against illegal and irregularly operated clinics will continue to maintain the quality of healthcare services.

The closure of the Seba Clinic highlights the importance of regulatory oversight in the healthcare sector. Ensuring that all clinics adhere to the necessary standards is crucial for the public's health and safety. The mobile court's decision was based on the evidence collected during the inspection and document review process.

This operation serves as a warning to other clinics in the area that any form of irregularity will not be tolerated. The administration is determined to root out illegal practices and provide the community with reliable healthcare services. The officials emphasized that such actions are part of an ongoing effort to improve healthcare standards in Godagari Upazila.
