The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) has announced a revised schedule for the half-yearly and pre-test examinations for government and non-government junior secondary, secondary, and school-and-college-level educational institutions. The new examination dates will commence on 1 July and conclude on 16 July.

In an official order issued on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, the DSHE stated that due to unavoidable circumstances, the original examination dates have been revised. The examinations were initially scheduled to begin on 28 June and end on 13 July, but will now start on 1 July and finish on 16 July.
