During the meeting, RAB-5 presented an awareness session on drug abuse, cybercrime, teen gangs, reasons behind youth involvement in crime and its prevention, border smuggling, educational institution security, violence against women and children, social crimes, and traffic and road safety. They also highlighted RAB-5’s recent successful anti-drug operations, arms recoveries, and other achievements in crime prevention. Divisional Commissioner Dr. A.N.M. Bazlur Rashid praised RAB’s role in crime prevention, especially in anti-drug operations, and called on people from all walks of life to work in coordination with RAB.
