The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted rain in different parts of the country in the next 24 hours commencing at 9 am. Light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind are likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions. Moderately heavy to very heavy rainfall may occur at places across the country.
