A mother and her son were killed, and three others were injured in a fatal road accident in Hatikumrul area on the Dhaka-Bogura highway in Ullapara upazila of Sirajganj district this afternoon. The accident occurred when a Dhaka-bound passenger bus collided with a locally-made auto-rickshaw, resulting in the deaths of the mother and son on the spot. The identities of the deceased could not be identified till the filing of this report.
