Until completing his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations, Hasibur spent much of his time working alongside his father in paddy fields to help support his family. Hasibur completed his primary education at Pakuria Government Primary School, secondary education at Mohabbatpur High School, and higher secondary education at Mohabbatpur-Khanpur Degree College. He later earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Botany from the University of Dhaka.

Currently serving as an Officer (General) at Sonali Bank PLC, Hasibur has also been recommended for the post of Senior Officer. Despite the demands of his banking career, he continued preparing for the highly competitive BCS examination and ultimately secured a place in the Administration Cadre through the 47th BCS.

Today, all our struggles feel worthwhile,' she said.
