Police Operation Yields Arrests in Paltan

On Tuesday, Paltan police executed a special operation that resulted in the arrest of 13 individuals believed to be involved in various criminal activities. The operation, which took place across multiple crime-prone areas under the jurisdiction of Paltan Police Station, was part of ongoing efforts to maintain law and order in the region.

Identified detainees include Mahbubur Rahman Ashik, also known as Kayes, 36, Raihan, 25, Ibrahim, 30, Manik, also known as Tony Molla, 30, Anik, 26, Hazrat Ali, 22, Sagar, 19, Mostafa Zaman Munna, 27, Imran, 28, Delwar, also known as Delu, 40, Shakil, 18, Arif, 19, and Al Amin, also known as Sajib, 24. The arrests followed intelligence and tip-offs regarding their suspected criminal involvement.

Efforts to Curb Crime in Paltan

This operation underscores the police's commitment to addressing crime in the Paltan area. The targeted spots for the drive were chosen based on their high incidence of criminal activities. Legal proceedings against the detainees are currently underway as authorities work to ensure justice is served.
