Model agent Ramses Elkholly introduced young women to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, believing it would lead to modeling opportunities and financial gain. Elkholly, who communicated with Epstein via numerous emails, claims he did nothing illegal and was unaware of Epstein's criminal activities.
Elkholly's Explanation
Elkholly told The Washington Post that he believed Epstein could use his influence to secure modeling jobs for the women, from which Elkholly would earn a 10% commission. He emphasized that all the women he introduced to Epstein were adults and that he never received any money from Epstein.
Epstein's Network
After his release from prison in 2009, Epstein built a network of modeling agents and scouts who would introduce him to various women. These introductions were often facilitated through suggestive and sexual emails.
