The Pakistan High Commission in Bangladesh donated 1,000 footballs to the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) today to support grassroots football development in the country. The footballs were handed over at a ceremony held at the artificial turf ground adjacent to the BFF Bhaban in the capital. Pakistan High Commissioner to Bangladesh H.E Imran Haider formally handed over the footballs to BFF President Tabith Awal.

Ceremony and Exhibition Match

Prior to the ceremony, High Commissioner Haider witnessed an exhibition match between two squads of the Bangladesh Under-17 Women's National Football Team. The event showcased the talent and potential within Bangladesh's youth football programs.

Distribution and Impact

The 1,000 footballs, presented as a gift by the Pakistan High Commission, will be distributed across different regions of the country. This initiative aims to promote grassroots football development and provide essential resources to young athletes.
