Um Ali is a delightful dessert made with puff pastry, milk, sugar, heavy cream, cardamom, raisins, and various nuts. Begin by cutting puff pastry into small pieces and toasting them lightly in the oven. In a pot, warm milk with sugar and cardamom without boiling. Spread the toasted pastry in an oven-proof casserole or bowl, pour the warm milk mixture over it, and let it soak. Sprinkle raisins, chopped nuts, and coconut on top, then add heavy cream. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
