After Eid-ul-Adha, you can make various kababs at home. Nazia Farhana has shared a recipe for Smoky Malai Reshmi Kabab.
Ingredients include 500 grams of cubed beef, half a cup of fresh cream, half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of cashew-almond paste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and coal for smoking.
First, marinate the beef cubes with fresh cream, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, cashew-almond paste, and lemon juice for at least 4 hours. Then, thread onto skewers and grill. After grilling, add a smoky flavor using hot coal smoke.
