Pan Asian Cox's Bazar is constructing a hotel with an infinity pool in Cox's Bazar, offering a unique experience of swimming while enjoying the scenic blue waters. The 14-story project, including a basement, is rapidly progressing at Dolphin Circle in Kolatoli, a key entry point to the tourist city. Coral Reef Properties Limited, the developer, aims to inaugurate the project within the next 24 months. The company has previously successfully completed five major projects in Cox's Bazar.

The Managing Director of Coral Reef Properties Limited, Kamran Didar, stated that they are inspired by the success of their previous projects and aim to make this a landmark in Cox's Bazar. The CEO, Mo. Tarikul Islam, emphasized the aesthetic appeal of the building, given its location at the city's gateway. The project features a double-height entrance and is adjacent to a five-star residential hotel, creating an international ambiance in the area.

The project, marketed under the theme 'Home by the Sea,' currently offers premium studio apartments ranging from 400 to 900 square feet. The inclusion of the country's first residential infinity pool, along with opportunities for holiday living, regular income, retirement living, and long-term capital gains, makes the project highly attractive to investors.
