To make fish-stuffed pumpkin, first cut the pumpkin into 4/5 pieces. Remove seeds and pulp, then salt and steam the pieces. Prepare fish stuffing with deboned fish, salt, turmeric, egg, onion, ginger, chili, and coriander. Stuff each pumpkin piece and fry until golden brown. Serve with hot rice.

Prepare fish stuffing by deboning the fish, adding salt and turmeric, and lightly frying. 5. Mix the fried fish with egg, onion, ginger, chili, and coriander. 6. Stuff each pumpkin piece with the fish mixture. 7. Cut the stuffed pumpkin into half-inch rings. 8. Fry the rings in hot oil until they turn light brown. 9. Serve with hot rice.
