To bolster the safety awareness and preparedness of journalists covering emergencies, the Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) conducted a two-day intensive training program on fire safety and emergency response for the Crime Reporters Association of Bangladesh (CRAB) from August 2-3 in Dhaka.

A total of 48 CRAB members attended the sessions held at the Fire Service headquarters, where they received practical training in firefighting techniques, rescue operations, first aid, earthquake preparedness, and personal safety measures for journalists during news coverage.
