Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has launched a digital waste management system named 'Clean Care' to make urban sanitation services more modern, transparent, accountable, and technology-driven. The app was formally inaugurated by DSCC Administrator and valiant Freedom Fighter Md Abdus Salam at a function held at the Nagar Bhaban auditorium. Through the app, city residents will be able to submit complaints regarding sanitation and waste management services and track the progress of complaint resolution in real time.

Features of the 'Clean Care' App

The 'Clean Care' app allows users to submit complaints directly related to sanitation and waste management. It also enables them to track the progress of their complaints in real time, including the name and mobile phone number of the responsible official. Additionally, citizens can provide feedback on the services delivered in response to their complaints. To access the service, users need to download the app from the Google Play Store and sign in using their mobile phone number.

Call for Citizen Participation
