Authorities in Rangpur have scored a major victory in their ongoing battle against drug trafficking with the arrest of a man carrying 394 Yaba tablets. The arrest was made by a team from the Department of Narcotics Control (DNC) following a tip-off, resulting in a substantial seizure of contraband.

The operation led to the apprehension of Md Bulbul Mia, 2, son of the late Abdul Hakim, from the Madhya Pirjabad Rahmatpara area. The arrest took place in the bustling metropolis of Rangpur, with the contraband seized at 12:30 noon.
