The heightened alert comes in the wake of recent incidents where bomb-like objects were discovered in Motijheel and Ashulia, aimed at causing panic and disrupting social harmony. Ahmed noted that a coordinated investigation is ongoing to identify those responsible and determine any connections between these incidents. Intelligence and law enforcement agencies are closely monitoring the activities of banned organizations and groups operating from abroad.
