Accomplishments and Gratitude
In a Facebook post, Rakib expressed deep gratitude to BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, late former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, and other top leaders for the opportunity to serve. He acknowledged the dedication of student activists and paid tribute to leaders and activists from various educational units.
Challenges and Resilience
Rakib noted the severe financial hardships and conspiracies faced by the organization. Despite these challenges, he expressed pride in the honesty and dedication of JCD leaders who upheld moral principles.
Reflecting on the political situation after August 5, 2024, Rakib mentioned dealing with hundreds of mob situations and persistent online harassment. He highlighted his efforts to foster positive student politics and resolve issues for general students.

Rakib requested forgiveness for any shortcomings during his tenure and expressed his intention to groom himself as a more refined, humane, and honest person. He concluded by welcoming the upcoming leadership committee of Chhatra Dal.
