State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Sultan Salauddin Tuku has reaffirmed the BNP's commitment to implement the July Charter point by point.

State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Sultan Salauddin Tuku has said the Prime Minister has already spoken in multiple occasions regarding the implementation of the July Charter and has made his stance clear. "BNP as signatory of the July Charter will implement the charter point by point," he said while responding to a question from journalists after inaugurating a complaint center established for passenger services at the Tangail New Bus Stand this afternoon.

Commitment to the Charter

Tuku emphasized that despite various political statements, the BNP's position remains unchanged. "Many people will say many things for political reasons, but there is no need to give importance to every political statement. Our position is the same as it was in the beginning, and it will remain the same in the future," he stated.

Inauguration of Complaint Center

Earlier, the State Minister inaugurated the complaint center set up at the Tangail New Bus Stand by the Bus-Minibus Owners' Association to improve passenger services. Tuku highlighted the importance of the center, saying, "This complaint center has been established to ensure quality service for passengers. Any passenger who faces harassment or suffering can file a complaint. Necessary action will be taken based on the complaints received."

District Bus-Minibus Association Convener Shafiqur Rahman Khan (Shafiq), Member Secretary Nilufa Yasmin, Joint Convener Tarekul Islam Khan Jhalok, along with other leaders of the association were present during the inauguration.
