Professor Muhammad Hanif Murad has been appointed as the Vice-Chancellor of Lakshmipur Science and Technology University (LakSciTechU) for a term of four years. He will resign from his current position as Treasurer of Noakhali Science and Technology University (NST).
The appointment has been made with the approval of the President, who is also the Chancellor of the university, according to a notification from the Ministry of Education.
As per the notification, Professor Murad will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of LakSciTechU and will be required to reside on campus at all times. He will be responsible for overseeing all academic, administrative, research, and development activities of the university.
