National University has issued new guidelines for the One-Stop Service Center, allowing blood relatives to collect services on behalf of unwell or abroad candidates. Required documents include a pay-slip, application hard copy, original temporary certificate for original certificate requests, original incorrect document for corrections, GD and newspaper cutting for duplicates, and a national ID card. Candidates must also present their registration card.
Required Documents for Service Collection
The following documents must be submitted when collecting services: 1. Pay-slip (copy from the concerned department), 2. Hard copy of the application, 3. Original temporary certificate for original certificate requests, 4. Original incorrect document for corrections, 5. GD and newspaper cutting for duplicates, 6. National ID card (for display) and a copy (for submission).
