The results for the first phase of university and subject choices for undergraduate admissions under the GST for the 2025-26 academic year have been published. The results were announced on the GST admission test website yesterday afternoon.

According to the published notification, students nominated in the first phase must complete their preliminary admission online from 12:00 PM on June 7 to 11:59 PM on June 10. They must also pay the preliminary admission fee of five thousand taka within this time.

Students who confirm their preliminary admission must submit their SSC and HSC or equivalent exam mark sheets along with other necessary documents to any of the affiliated universities from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM between June 8 and June 11. They must mention their GST roll number while submitting the documents.

The notification further states that if a student nominated in the first merit list for any department of any university does not complete their preliminary admission within the stipulated time, they will not have the opportunity to be admitted to any other university under the GST in the future. Similarly, if a student cancels their preliminary admission, they will not be considered for admission to any university under the GST in the future.

The notification also mentions that if a student permanently stops migration for a specific department during the migration process, they will not have the opportunity for automatic migration again. Detailed information and instructions regarding admission can be found on the GST admission test website and in the online admission guidelines.
