Dhaka University's Department of Information Science and Library Management is currently accepting applications for its self-financed Professional Masters in Information Science and Library Management program. Interested candidates can apply for the 9th batch (July-December 2026 semester, academic year: 2026-2027) using the prescribed form. The course duration is 18 months (three semesters).

Eligibility criteria include a minimum bachelor's degree from any recognized university. Applicants must have a GPA or CGPA of 2.50 or above in any examination under the grading system, or a second division or higher under the traditional system. Professionals working in libraries and information institutions will be given preference.

Application forms can be obtained from the Department of Information Science and Library Management or its website (https://shorturl.at/zQW57) by 7 PM on June 26. Duly filled application forms, necessary documents, and a fee of Tk 1,050 must be submitted to the departmental office by June 26 to collect the admission test admit card.

The admission test will be held on June 27 at 3 PM in Room No. 1020, Ground Floor, Arts Building, Department of Information Science and Library Management, Dhaka University.
