The Comilla Education Board has issued directives regarding the submission of marks obtained in the continuous assessment for the current year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination. The board has instructed that marks for the Information and Communication Technology subject, including practical marks totaling 25, must be prepared according to the candidate's name, roll number, and registration number. Additionally, center secretaries must ensure that the marks for practical exams along with the mentioned subjects are entered online by June 14.
A notification published on May 24, 2026, by the Comilla Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board provided this information. The notification stated that the decision to evaluate students through continuous assessment, excluding the subjects of Physical Education, Health Science, and Sports (147) and Career Education (156), was made following the guidelines of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB).
For regular (2026 syllabus) candidates, the total marks for Physical Education, Health Science, and Sports (147) in continuous assessment are 50, and for Career Education (156), it is also 50. For irregular (2025 syllabus) candidates, the total marks for Physical Education, Health Science, and Sports (147) are 100, and for Career Education (156), it is 50.
The practical marks for Information and Communication Technology (154) along with the candidate's name, roll number, and registration number must be prepared and entered online by June 14. For candidates whose subjects have been modified on their registration cards, if the roll number is not included in the modified subject, they must click on the 'Insert New Roll' option, enter the roll and given marks, and save. The previous subject should be marked with 'A'.
The notification further stated that the marks given in the practical exam must be verified correctly before entering them online. Center secretaries must keep one set of printed copies, and no hard copies need to be submitted to the board. No opportunity will be given to enter practical and continuous assessment marks after the specified date.
