To align with global market demands, Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) has launched a 'Micro-credential course' under the 'Digital Skills to Succeed' (DS2S) project. The initiative aims to equip students with practical digital skills, ensuring they are competitive in the global job market.

Inauguration and Vision

The event was officially inaugurated at the university cafeteria, with Vice-chancellor Professor Dr Md Showkat Ali as the chief guest. He emphasized the importance of modern digital skills for the younger generation, citing the World Economic Forum's estimates. The micro-credential course targets 2,000 students, aiming to increase their confidence and suitability for higher education or employment.
