Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) has concluded a two-day psychosocial care training workshop for women police personnel at the Police Lines in Boyra. The workshop, themed 'Building a Better Bangladesh through Compassionate Care,' focused on strengthening the professional competence, mental resilience, and humanitarian skills of the participants. On the opening day, Additional Inspector General of Police (Administration) AKM Awlad Hossain attended as the chief guest, emphasizing the importance of enhancing the professional skills, confidence, and psychological strength of women police personnel. He urged participants to handle workplace situations with patience, tolerance, and professionalism, ensuring compassionate and sensitive treatment of women and child victims. He also highlighted the need for a healthy work-life balance and advised limiting excessive social media use to focus on self-development, mental well-being, and stronger family ties. The event concluded with a closing address by KMP Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Hasan.
