Inter Milan and Roma have roared back from deficits to win thrilling encounters, placing them joint-top of the Serie A table with nine points each. Inter edged visiting Napoli 3-2 with a last-gasp winner from Lautaro Martinez, while Roma triumphed 2-1 over Atalanta with goals from Mario Hermoso and Matias Soule in the dying minutes.

In a breathless match at the San Siro, Inter fought back from two goals down to snatch victory against Napoli. Matteo Politano and Rasmus Hojlund had put Napoli ahead in the second half, but Martinez's first goal of the season and a header from Marcus Thuram leveled the scores. Martinez's decisive strike in stoppage time sealed the win.

Inter coach Cristian Chivu praised the match as a 'beautiful and entertaining' advert for Italian football. 'At 2-2 both teams played an open game without thinking of defending the result,' he noted. Both goalkeepers were tested early, and the game remained goalless at half-time.

In Rome, Roma continued their perfect start to the season with a dramatic comeback against Atalanta. Ederson's early second-half strike looked set to secure a win for Atalanta, but Roma rallied. Hermoso equalized with a header in the 90th minute, and Soule's composed finish in stoppage time clinched the victory.

Atalanta are now on six points, while Napoli have three. Both Inter and Roma begin their Champions League campaigns next week, with Inter traveling to Real Madrid and Roma facing Fenerbahce. Meanwhile, Torino secured their first points of the season with a 2-1 comeback win over Fiorentina, who remain winless and last in the table.

The thrilling performances by Inter and Roma highlight the competitive nature of Serie A this season. Both teams' ability to fight back from deficits showcases their resilience and determination, setting a high standard for the rest of the league. For Bangladeshi football fans, these matches serve as a reminder of the unpredictability and excitement that top-tier European football can offer.
