Attorney General Barrister Md Ruhul Quddus Kazal has stated that ensuring justice for people is the greatest source of satisfaction. He believes that a swiftly functioning judicial system and firmly established justice in society bring immense satisfaction, even if the state loses a case.

Kazal made these remarks while speaking at a programme held at the Kotchandpur Upazila Auditorium in Jhenaidah. The event was organized to accord a reception to reserved-seat lawmaker Advocate Faima Nasrin.

He emphasized that the primary objective of the rule of law and the justice system is to safeguard the rights of citizens. According to Kazal, it matters little whether the state or an individual wins a case; what is most important is that justice is upheld.

Kazal noted that the true success of the judicial system lies in upholding justice rather than determining winners and losers. Kotchandpur Upazila BNP President Abdur Razzak presided over the programme, while Advocate Faima Nasrin delivered the keynote address. Other attendees included local political leaders, cultural activists, journalists, and members of civil society.
