Local officials reported that six people were killed and 13 wounded in Ukrainian strikes on a Russian resort village and the Moscow-annexed Crimea, popular summer destinations for Russian tourists. Three were killed in Arkhipo-Osipovka due to falling drone debris, while another three were killed in Crimea.
Ukraine has intensified its counter-strikes on Crimea in recent months, leading to electricity and fuel shortages. Moscow has regularly struck Ukrainian towns and cities since its full-scale offensive began in February 2022.
