Algerian Ambassador to Bangladesh, Dr. Abdelouahab Saïdiani, distributed essential relief materials to flood-affected and vulnerable families in Satkania of Chattogram and Matarbari in Cox's Bazar. This initiative underscores the longstanding friendship and humanitarian solidarity between Bangladesh and Algeria. The relief distribution in Satkania took place at Keochia Muzaherul Haque Islamia Dakhil Madrasa, where the Ambassador personally handed over relief bags to families in severe hardship due to recent floods. Saïdiani expressed sympathy and solidarity with the affected families, emphasizing the importance of supporting vulnerable communities during natural disasters.

Dr. Saïdiani's visit to Satkania marked the first time a foreign diplomat personally distributed humanitarian assistance to flood-affected people in the area.
