Pakistan lost the second match of the three-game ODI series against Australia by 41 runs in Lahore. Chasing a target of 232, Pakistan was bowled out for 191, with Shadab Khan's 71 the highlight. Australia leveled the series with this win. Nathan Ellis took four wickets for Australia.
Pakistan's chase got off to a poor start, losing the first wicket for 4 runs. Despite Shadab's efforts, Pakistan fell short. Earlier, Australia scored 231 after losing the toss and being put into bat. Josh Inglis and Cameron Green scored fifties, while Shaheen Afridi took three wickets for Pakistan.
