CPB Calls for Immediate Justice in Brutal Murder of 8-Year-Old in Pallabi

The Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) has demanded the arrest and swift trial of those involved in the brutal murder of an 8-year-old child in Pallabi, Dhaka.

The Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) has demanded the arrest and swift trial of those involved in the brutal murder of an 8-year-old child in Pallabi, Dhaka. The party called for the maximum punishment through a speedy trial tribunal. CPB leaders stated that a culture of impunity and weak law enforcement have led to an alarming increase in violence against women and children.

A protest rally was held in Mirpur 11 by the Dhaka North branch of CPB, demanding exemplary punishment for the perpetrators and ensuring the safety of women and children across the country.

CPB Central President Sajjad Zahir Chandan highlighted the need to address social decay and weak law enforcement to prevent such heinous crimes. Former General Secretary Ruhin Hossain called for a societal struggle against those who view women as objects, emphasizing the need for immediate action to ensure safety for women and children.
