A Chattogram court has granted a 10-day remand to Mobarak Hossain, widely known as David Emon, on charges related to murder and violations of the Arms Act. The court's decision follows a remand hearing held on August 2, where the notorious criminal was presented in connection with cases handled by the Fatikchhari Police Station.
David Emon, who has a history of criminal activities across various police stations in Chattogram Metropolitan City and the district, was apprehended on July 29 in the Jhumjhumpur area under Jashore Sadar Upazila. Authorities, with the help of Jashore District Detective Branch, managed to capture him while he was attempting to flee to India.
