Police discovered an abandoned Chinese-made rifle in a bushy area behind the Mirpur Model Police Station in Dhaka this morning. The rusted firearm, bearing butt number 2136, was found during a routine search around 10:45 am. Authorities have initiated legal proceedings in connection with the recovery, though no suspects have been identified so far.
