Mohammedan Sporting Club ended their 16-year wait for the Dhaka Premier League title in a dramatic final day. The historic club clinched the title for the first time since the league gained List A status. Mohammedan needed to win against Abahani and for Prime Bank Cricket Club to lose their final match to secure the title. Both conditions were met as Dhaka Leopards defeated Prime Bank via DLS method and Mohammedan beat Abahani by 63 runs under the rain rule.

Mohammedan finished with 18 points from 11 matches, while Abahani and Prime Bank ended with 16 points each. Abahani became runners-up due to their head-to-head record against Prime Bank. Parvez Hossain and Enamul Haque scored centuries for Mohammedan in their final match against Abahani. Enamul Haque now holds the record for most centuries in List A cricket in Bangladesh with 25, surpassing Tamim Iqbal's 24.
