BHF Organizes Mental Performance Workshop for National Hockey Players

The Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) is set to conduct a mental performance workshop for national hockey players.

The Bangladesh Hockey Federation (BHF) will organize a special seminar tomorrow aimed at enhancing the mental skills and concentration of national hockey players. Titled “Train Your Mind,” the mental performance workshop will be held at the Maulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium at 11 am. The workshop is designed to help national team players improve their psychological focus, self-confidence, emotional control, and winning mindset ahead of upcoming international competitions.

Workshop Details

Following the mental performance session, the Bangladesh national men's hockey team will begin its training camp under the overall supervision of newly appointed head coach Peter Gerhard Rach of Germany in the afternoon. The conditioning camp and special trials have been arranged as part of the team's intensive preparations for the upcoming Asian Games.

Federation's Optimism

The BHF expressed optimism that, under the guidance of the experienced German tactician and his modern coaching methods, the national team will achieve improved results on the international stage.
