Two Individuals Arrested in Khulna with Foreign-Made Pistol

In a significant operation, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-6 arrested two individuals, including a listed extortionist, in Khulna. The arrests were made during a raid in the Islampur area of Labanchara thana. The operation resulted in the seizure of a foreign-made pistol, ammunition, and a magazine.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Nazim alias Nadim, 30, a resident of Amtala area, and his associate Masud Rana, 37, of Islampur area under Labanchara thana. RAB-6 revealed that Nadim is a listed criminal and extortionist.

The operation was part of ongoing efforts by RAB-6 to curb criminal activities and ensure public safety. The seized weapon and ammunition indicate a potential threat to public security, highlighting the importance of such operations.
