In Madaripur, a tragic road accident resulted in the death of a motorcyclist and left another person severely injured. The incident occurred at Dhulgram Bazar under Dashar upazila late last night. The deceased was identified as Ashik Akon, 25, a resident of Dhulgram. He was critically injured along with his pillion passenger, Ramjan, when a bus collided with their motorcycle. Local residents rushed them to Madaripur District Hospital, where Ashik was pronounced dead. Ramjan, after receiving initial treatment, was transferred to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for further care.
