Workers of a garment factory in Mahakhali's Link Road area blocked the road on Monday afternoon demanding unpaid wages. The blockade caused a traffic jam in the area. The factory, named NASA, has been closed and workers have not received their salaries for a month.

Tejgaon Industrial Area Thana's Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahbubur Rahman told Prothom Alo that 150 to 200 workers are participating in the protest. Police are trying to persuade them to clear the road.
