Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested 4,078 individuals during a week-long special operation from July 10 to 17, as part of efforts to maintain law and order and enhance public safety. The operation, conducted across various parts of the capital, involved different units of the metropolitan police. Of the total arrests, 309 were made by the Tejgaon Division, while 3,373 suspected criminals were detained during routine anti-crime operations.
