The event, aimed at raising awareness about cyber threats, was attended by around 600 students from various classes. The program was a joint initiative by the Cyber Police Center (CPC) under the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the police and mobile banking service bKash Limited.

DIG Sana Shaminur Rahman of the Cyber Police Center emphasized the need for safe technology use, advising students to use strong passwords, keep OTP and PIN numbers confidential, avoid clicking on unknown links, and be cautious about sharing personal information on social media. He noted that cyber criminals often exploit people's carelessness.

Additional DIG of CID, Md. Jahidul Islam, highlighted the importance of cyber security awareness for all students, parents, and citizens. He stressed that cyber criminals target human carelessness more than technical vulnerabilities. Special Police Super of CPC, Mir Abu Touhid, and EVP and Head of External Affairs at bKash Limited, AKM Monirul Karim, also spoke at the event, discussing the importance of digital caution and the risks associated with mobile financial services.
