The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized smuggled goods worth approximately Tk 3.83 million during separate anti-smuggling operations in several border areas of Sylhet. The seized goods included 10 Indian cattle, three buffaloes, 1,474 pieces of cosmetics, 595 kg of sugar, 330 kg of chillies, 90 kg of used mobile phone batteries, 45 kg of fuchka, 420 pieces of chocolate, one motorcycle, one trolley, 1,225 kg of garlic, 540 jerseys, and 1,425 kg of betel nuts.
