67 Individuals Arrested in Anti-Crime Operation Across Tejgaon Division

The Tejgaon Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 67 individuals in a targeted operation against crime in various areas under its jurisdiction.

The Tejgaon Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 67 people, including a child in conflict with the law, during a coordinated operation targeting crime-prone areas across the capital. The arrests were made during routine drives conducted on Wednesday in different crime-prone locations under its jurisdiction.

Among those arrested, six were detained by Tejgaon Police Station, 10 by Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station, 21 by Mohammadpur Police Station, 12 by Adabor Police Station, nine by Tejgaon Industrial Area Police Station, and nine by Hatirjheel Police Station. The detainees were arrested in connection with various criminal offences.

All of the accused have been produced before the appropriate courts for further legal proceedings. The DMP said its regular anti-crime operations will continue as part of ongoing efforts to maintain law and order and ensure public safety in the capital.
